Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, contact number, date of birth, the mobile number to analyse and, for hardcopy orders, your delivery address. These details are used only to prepare and deliver your report, manage your order and provide support. We do not sell your details. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. To ask for your details to be corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.

Terms & Conditions

The Advance Mobile Numerology Report is a personalized report based on the details you submit, available in English or Hindi. Softcopy orders receive a digital PDF on email and WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of payment. Hardcopy orders receive the PDF plus a printed report shipped to the address provided; dispatch updates are shared on WhatsApp. Please check your details carefully before paying, as the report is prepared from them. The report offers traditional numerology interpretations for personal interest and reflection only and does not guarantee any outcome.

Refund & Cancellation

Because each report is personalized, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once report preparation has begun. If you have not received your PDF within 48 hours, entered incorrect details, or were charged twice, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will resend, correct or refund as appropriate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay.
